本ギアボックスは、高精度が要求される産業用機械向け鋳造部品です。φ500mmのサイズで製造しいます。リブ部分が細く、鋳造難度がかなり高い部品ですが、光洋鋳造のフルモールド鋳造技術により、高い寸法精度を実現しています。木型では難しい部分をも設計図面を確実に再現することに成功しました。
